About 30 years ago, our family relocated from upstate New York and moved to Palm Bay, Florida.  It's along the East Coast of Central Florida...  About an hour East of Orlando & Kissimmee and about 20 minutes from Melbourne Beach.  This area has a lot of jobs that relate to technology and the space program.  If you want to be a "tourist", Walt Disney World is a little over an hour away and the cruise ships taking off from Port Canaveral are only 45 minutes away.

Steps to RENT our properties in Florida:

Our rental properties are privately owned and managed.  As always, we don't charge an application fee!  If you have challenged or bruised credit, we may still be able to approve you.  If you have a good work history or good credit established after the problems, we'll work with you. 

Some of our tenants have been with us for 10 years...  That speaks volumes for how we manage our properties.  We've even helped some of our tenants purchase the very home that they're living in...  If a repair becomes necessary, we're going to be there as quickly as possible to fix the problem...
