About 30 years ago, our family relocated from upstate New York and moved to Palm Bay, Florida.  A few years ago, we returned to our roots and began acquiring properties in Bethel, NY (about 5 minutes away from the Original Woodstock Site 1969).   These properties are located about 90 miles from New York City off of Hwy 17, North of Middletown, NY approximately 35 minutes.  This area is very close to the Bethel Performing Arts Center and the Monticello Raceway (horse races & gambling).  If you love golf, there are several great golf courses such as Grossinger's Country Club, Kutcher's Country Club and The Concord Resort!

Steps to RENT our properties in New York:

Our rental properties are privately owned and managed.  As always, we don't charge an application fee!  If you have challenged or bruised credit, we may still be able to approve you.  If you have a good work history or good credit established after the problems, we'll work with you. 

Some of our tenants have been with us for 10 years...  That speaks volumes for how we manage our properties.  We've even helped some of our tenants purchase the very home that they're living in...  If a repair becomes necessary, we're going to be there as quickly as possible to fix the problem...
